So far not bad
From hotel that is underground can walk to Seoul station but not very near. Front desk can communicate in English .
shower water pressure not so high when turn to hot water. Pillow too soft for me

Christmassy, we were there in December. Convenient and close to the Seoul Train Station.
Check in was smooth even though it was after midnight, the staff was really attentive.

Great Location.
Good location. Able to link to Seoul station from underground walkways. Rooms are clean with nothing to complain about.
